During our consultation I will address your personal health and wellness challenges with practical tools and tips. I use a combination of tools such as Nutritional Therapy and Health Coaching to empower you to make sustainable and lasting change and help you reach your health goals.
I offer a range of packages that include Nutrition, Lifestyle and supplement advice with Health Coaching to support you in taking the necessary steps. I also offer Health Coaching without Nutrition, Lifestyle and supplement advice if you are clear on the changes you want to make and need the support to enable this change.
Personalised nutrition consultations are tailored specifically for you, taking into account your health journey, your health goals and dietary preferences. Nutritional Therapists can work with individuals with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis or with anyone with digestive issues, as well as those looking to enhance their health and wellbeing. Recommendations are not a replacement for medical advice; however, practitioners can work alongside medical professionals to support your wellbeing.

Prior to your Initial consultation a Questionnaire and a 7-day food diary will be sent to you which you can then return to me 48 hours prior to you your session. This enables me to build a preliminary picture of your health and also gives me an opportunity to research any specifics points raised on the forms where appropriate.
During the initial consultation we will discuss the areas you wish to focus on and based on your goals, I will design a bespoke plan tailored to you which I will send to you within 72 hours of your appointment.
Health Coaching sessions are an interactive process and it can take a few sessions to reach your goals, typically for 6 or 12 sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly depending on what each individual needs.
We will arrange 45 minute follow-up coaching sessions weekly or fortnightly depending on your preference. This will allow us to continue to tweak things as needed and keep you accountable and focused. You will also receive support via email, as needed, in between appointments.
For the times you cannot make face to face appointments all of the following packages can be applied to in-person, online or a combination of both types of appointments, I will work with your schedule and preference!

Five x 45-minute fortnightly Health coaching sessions.
This package combines a Nutritional Therapy consultation followed by 12 coaching sessions to support you in optimising your health by taking action allowing you to reach your health and wellness goals.

Bespoke plan including nutrition, lifestyle & supplement advice tailored to you and your lifestyle.
Plan Delivery(45 mins): Talk through the plan.
Eleven x 45-minute weekly Health coaching sessions weekly.
Setting a solid, healthy foundation is key in preparation for getting pregnant either naturally or through ART such as IVF. We can towards establishing steps you can take to enhance your chances of achieving conception and a healthy pregnancy. A few tweaks to your normal eating and lifestyle habits can be all that is needed to make that extra difference.
Includes:
Initial consultation followed by a bespoke nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan tailored to you plus goal setting session.
Create a solid healthy foundation for you as you make the necessary changes to establish healthy eating & lifestyle habits to improve your biochemistry, mood & energy levels.

It can take more than just a month before any change becomes a habit. No matter where you are in your health, wellness, or fitness journey, I will support you to achieve your goals.

If you are looking to fully commit to your health and wellness journey then this may be the package for you. Depending where you are on your journey I will support you in following through and sustaining changes.

Eleven x 45-minute weekly Health coaching sessions. Email support throughout.
If you feel you would like to advance to the next level, follow-up individual sessions are available after an Initial block of six or eight sessions.
